"Pretty easy way to sell my lens"
I sold my old lens through them and it was straightforward. The quote form was easy to figure out, the shipping label came through quickly, and I got paid after they inspected it. It did take a little longer than I was hoping (I was probably just being impatient), but overall it was a smooth process with no real headaches.

I ordered a used lens from KEH, the thing I appreciated most was how they kept me updated. I get annoyed when companies send vague emails or leave you guessing about where your order is, but that wasn’t the case here. I got updates when the order went through, when it was checked, and when it shipped.
The tracking was easy to follow, and the lens showed up right when they said it would. It’s basic stuff, but clear communication makes the whole process way less frustrating. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Packaging seemed a little rough"
The box showed up a bit crushed, which made me wonder if it had a rough trip getting here. Reading between the lines, the packaging was okay enough since nothing seemed seriously damaged, but it definitely could’ve been sturdier.

"Felt Honest About the Camera Condition"
I liked that keh showed the inspection details before I bought anything. Just going by my gut, it felt like they weren’t trying to hide the condition, and the grade ended up matching what showed up.
The little wear marks were pretty much exactly as described, which made the whole used-gear thing feel a lot less risky. I wasn’t sitting there wondering if the lens was going to have some surprise issue.
Shipping was totally fine too, but the clear condition info is what stood out most to me. It just gave me a better feeling about buying from them.

"I’ve had good experiences with KEH before..."
I’ve had good experiences with KEH before, so I wasn’t too worried when I ordered a lens from them. Unfortunately, once it arrived, it just wasn’t quite what I needed, which was a little disappointing. That said, the return process was super straightforward, my refund came through without any hassle, and I’d definitely feel comfortable buying from them again

"Arrived way sooner than I expected"
I ordered a used lens from KEH and figured I’d be waiting about a week, especially since I was already kind of rushing to get it before a planned shoot. To my surprise, it shipped the next day and showed up at my door in about 3 days.
The box looked good, tracking updated like it should, and there weren’t any weird delays or last-minute issues. I was relieved it got here so fast because I really didn’t have much wiggle room. Overall, super happy with the shipping speed.

As someone who’s kind of picky about used camera gear, I was impressed. I bought a used lens graded Excellent, and it showed up looking even better than I expected. There was just one tiny scuff, the glass was clean, and it works perfectly. KEH’s grading has been really accurate in my experience...

I sold a lens to KEH and, i was fully expecting the usual online-selling crap where they quote you one number and then knock it down after "inspection."
But nope, the final offer was exactly the same as what they first told me. No weird little games, no annoying back-and-forth nonsense, which was a nice surprise.
Payment showed up fast too. The whole thing was easy, and I’d definitely use them again.

I picked up a used lens from KEH because the price was better than most other places I looked. When it arrived, the condition was actually a little better than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Shipping wasn’t the cheapest, but even after factoring that in, it still felt like a solid deal. The biggest benefit for me was not having to risk it on some random used listing and hope for the best. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I ordered from keh.com and it was just really straightforward, I found what I was looking for quickly, got through checkout without having to figure out a bunch of weird steps, and the email updates were clear enough that I always knew what was going on, so the whole thing felt easy and hassle-free

That always seems to happen with stuff like this, or at least that’s what I was thinking while packing it up.
